My granddaughter has had sessions with Sabastian. My personal observation is that Sabastian has a great deal of soccer experience and knowledge. He is most capable as a personal soccer coach. There isn't much down time during the session, and he works on improving soccer skills and conditioning at the same time. His strong point is that he is able to communicate very clearly with his players. Then he also demonstrates the moves he is teaching. He know how hard to push his player. I recommend trying Sabastian as a personal soccer coach.
